Don has been doing what we do since 1987 and has come up in his career with some of our industries most prominent leaders. He’s known in our industry for being one of the genuinely nicest people to deal with and has the relationships to prove it. David is younger in tenure but has become one of the most active and well-known multifamily specialists in BC. David and Don are known for going above and beyond and doing what it takes to execute for any client on any deal no matter how large or small, and consistently setting new benchmarks for marketing practices and transaction results. They both have a very strong work ethic, are well informed and diligent. They have been involved in some of the largest single asset and portfolio sales in the province.

We have lists of Appraisers, Surveyors, Environmental Consultants and Building Condition Inspectors that we are able to recommend to apartment owners for pre-sale asset reviews which will help minimize deal conditionality.
