Biography
Andrew Hutson is a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield ULC based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Andrew is the newest member to the multifamily team which specializes in multifamily apartment building assets and development land around the Lower Mainland. Andrew joined Cushman in 2018 focusing primarily on development land in Vancouver and will be bringing his expertise to complement David and Don’s exceptional resumes.
Andrew graduated with a BCom degree from the Sauder School of Business at UBC completing a double specialization in Real Estate and Accounting. While at University he competed in the NAIOP Real Estate Case Competition against Washington and Portland University and was also the President of the UBC Real Estate Club.
Before coming to Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew worked at a local real estate tech start up selling a real estate development platform to residential and commercial real estate agents as well as many of the bigger development companies in Greater Vancouver. He left that position to pursue his dream of selling real estate being the top sales representative. That role allowed him to meet a plethora of the active players in the commercial real estate industry.
Since joining Cushman Andrew has focused primarily on residential land assemblies and development sites. His kind, honest, and upfront nature has allowed him to connect on a personal level with all his clients and provide exceptional service from start to finish and beyond every transaction.
Andrew lives in East Vancouver and loves spending his free time working out at the gym, playing soccer with friends and exploring the beautiful British Columbian landscape hiking in the mountains.
